Fashion designer Annemie Verbeke is evolving and views the world as if it were hers... In her women’s collections Annemie plays with paradoxes like fragility & strength, freshness & maturity, luxury & everyday comfort. She prefers to use colours and fabrics to ’build’ her collections and to express her creativity, paying attention to dresses, skirts and tricot.

“I wanted to compile a personal programme with a good mix of what I know and what I don’t. I think that an audience should dare to check out unfamiliar things. For my selection I went in search of a good visual balance between expressive arts, music and dance, and projects with a social character.”
